In her new role, Şirin will join the board of directors of Raffles Istanbul and continue to contribute her 18 years of experience in Human Resources Management to the brand.
Okan Aydemir, who has been serving as the Head Chef at Raffles Istanbul, has been appointed Acting Executive Chef, responsible for overseeing all kitchens of Raffles Istanbul.
Aydemir, a devoted enthusiast of Turkish cuisine, is well-versed in many international cuisines, particularly Indian and Far Eastern, alongside his efforts in developing and promoting Turkish cuisine with modern and innovative touches.
