Sofitel Istanbul Taksim, the Turkish hotel of the Sofitel brand, which serves guests with over 120 hotels in more than 40 countries, hosted the globally celebrated “Sofitel Wine Tasting Days” at The Oven Restaurant with its breathtaking view of the Bosphorus.
The event, featuring experienced sommeliers, was accompanied by Eskibağlar’s special wine menu paired with delicious cheese platters carefully prepared by Sofitel Istanbul Taksim’s executive chef, matteo bertuletti.
