In Turkey, Procter & Gamble (P&G), one of the world’s largest companies in personal care and cleaning products with 20 leading brands that enhance consumers’ lives, has undergone new role adjustments.
Berna Yener Aksu, who has been serving under the P&G umbrella for approximately 24 years and has held the position of Head of HR and Board Member for Turkey, the Caucasus, and the Central Asian Republics for the last six years, will continue her career as the Senior Director of Human Resources for North America Beauty Categories in Cincinnati, USA.
Aksu, who began her professional career in 2000 as the Recruitment, Training, and Development Leader for The Gillette Company in Turkey and the Balkans, has undertaken various roles and high-level responsibilities over the course of about 24 years, including leadership roles in Turkey P&G Headquarters and the Gebze Factory, as well as in the United Kingdom, the United States, and Switzerland.
Mısra Meriçten, who has been the HR Director for P&G TCCAR for the last six years, will take over from Berna Yener Aksu, assuming her new role as Head of HR and Board Member for Turkey, the Caucasus, and the Central Asian Republics.
Meriçten, who has taken on leadership roles and responsibilities in various European countries, as well as in CCAR, will continue her new role, building on her experience gained during the last six years as the Director of Human Resources for P&G TCCAR.
