Schneider Electric, a leader in digital transformation in energy management and automation, has announced the appointment of Neslihan Ogan Gumrukcu as the Vice President of Human Resources for the Middle East and Africa (MEA) Region.
With over 20 years of experience in the field, Gümrükçü has most recently served as the Vice President of Talent Management, Learning, and Development for the MEA region. In this role, she has driven key transformations in the region, strengthening a culture of continuous learning, developing local talents, and enhancing leadership skills.
In addition to her professional responsibilities, Gümrükçü is actively involved in coaching and mentoring activities, particularly in the context of empowering women in the workplace and fostering the development of leadership qualities.
