Mercedes-Benz Otomotiv is launching the She’s Mentoring Program to empower and support young women socio-economically and in their career journeys.
Women who have made a name for themselves with their achievements in She’s Mercedes will mentor in three different categories:
👉 Sustainability
👉 Innovation & technology
👉 Creative industries
Throughout the 4-month program, online training sessions and “She’s Dreaming” meetings will be held for the mentees’ personal development.
Successful participants in all three She’s Mentoring Program categories will receive a total of 1 million TL in prize money.
