Burcin Alev Eksi, who began her career at Nestlé Türkiye in 2008, has served in various positions in the management of the Nescafé brand within the Nestlé Türkiye Beverage Business Unit. Additionally, she assumed the Market Intelligence and Consumer Communication Manager role for two years. Returning to the Beverage Business Unit in 2018, Ekşi has served as the Nestlé Türkiye Business Executive Officer CPW for four years. As of December 1, 2023, she will take on the leadership of Nestlé Nespresso SA Türkiye.
Emre KILICAL, who started his professional journey at Nestlé Türkiye as a Management Trainee in 2004, transitioned to the Chocolate and Confectionery strategic business unit in Switzerland in 2013 after various managerial experiences in sales and marketing. Later, he took on increasing responsibilities in sales management in the Turkish market. Serving as the Head of Commercial Development Team at Nestlé Türkiye since 2020, Kılıçal will assume the leadership of the Nestlé Breakfast Cereals Türkiye business unit as of December 1, 2023.
