Hale Okmen Atakli has been appointed as the Deputy General Manager of Human Resources and a Member of the Executive Board of ING Türkiye.
Ataklı will lead human resources initiatives aligned with ING Türkiye’s Human and Culture strategy, contributing to the innovative and pioneering employer brand vision.
Throughout her distinguished career marked by notable achievements, Ataklı has held senior executive roles in international organizations and has also played the role of consultant and professional executive coach, contributing to the transformation and development journeys of organizations.
Prior to her current role, she served as the Deputy General Manager responsible for Human Resources at Alternatif Bank.
