Burçin Arıkan has been appointed as the Deputy General Manager of Affinity at Aon Turkey, which provides services in over 120 countries in the fields of Venture Capital and Human Capital.
With over 19 years of experience in the insurance sector, Arıkan began her career at Eczacıbaşı Insurance, followed by roles at Axa Insurance, Generali Insurance, and Allianz Partners Turkey.
Having successfully managed group programs in the Affinity division of Aon Turkey for over six years, Arıkan will now, in her new role, lead the Affinity department in its journey of growth beyond tradition with creative and technology-supported products and projects.
Arıkan holds a master’s in Marketing from Istanbul University and a bachelor’s in Public Relations from Trakya University.
