Ayçın Oğuz has been appointed as the General Manager for Astellas Pharma Singapore and Malaysia
Oğuz joined Astellas Pharma Turkey in 2015 and served as the Marketing Director until 2020, successfully managing the launch processes of various products during this period. Subsequently appointed as the Sales Director, Oğuz led the sales team to develop new competencies, successfully transform the business model, and establish the nephrology and hematology sales teams.
Since October 2022, Oğuz has taken on significant responsibilities as the Director of the Oncology & Hematology Business Unit, leading Astellas Pharma Turkey to a strong performance in the oncology market during this period.
