The company announced that Arif Ok, who joined the Boehringer Ingelheim Turkey family in September 2009 and most recently served as the CRM360 Business Unit Director, has been appointed as the IMETA (India, Middle East, Turkey, and Africa) Established Products Therapeutic Area Marketing Leader.
While at Boehringer Ingelheim Turkey, Arif Ok took on strategic responsibilities during the launch periods of various drugs. He will continue his new role in the IMETA region, headquartered in Dubai.
Ok will play an active role in developing and implementing effective short-term and long-term drug strategies in the areas of stroke, heart attack, hypertension, and COPD treatment within the IMETA region.
