Focusing on customers’ needs and aiming to provide services tailored to these needs in stores, adidas strives to make the shopping experience more accessible.
As part of the DE&I project, QR codes in adidas stores will allow hearing-impaired customers to easily access the services they need through video calls.
Additionally, as part of this project, adidas is adding a team of interpreters for hearing-impaired individuals to its call centers.
Hearing-impaired consumers will be able to call the centers, ask questions, and receive information based on their needs.
