Dr. Mustafa Oğuzcan Bülbül, a graduate of Ankara University with High Honors, holds an MPA from Columbia University with a magna cum laude distinction and a Ph.D. from Hacettepe University.
Since 2019, Dr. Mustafa Oğuzcan Bülbül has been serving as the Director of Public Affairs, Sustainability, and Communications at Abdi İbrahim.
