Cem Muratoğlu has been appointed as the Deputy General Manager overseeing Retail Banking and Wealth Management at HSBC Turkey.
A graduate in petroleum engineering from Middle East Technical University and with a master’s degree in business administration from Bilkent University, Cem Muratoğlu has also successfully completed the Senior Executive Program at Harvard Business School.
Having held high-ranking roles in various local and international banks, encompassing strategy, investor relations, corporate banking, and retail banking, Muratoğlu brings a diverse and extensive background to the financial sector.
Leveraging his substantial experience in banking, Muratoğlu will provide leadership to the HSBC Turkey Retail Banking and Wealth Management teams. He will focus on enriching the bank’s wealth management products and services and advancing its digital capabilities.
