Le Cordon Bleu Istanbul, the world’s most prestigious culinary arts school and a collaboration between Özyeğin University in Turkey, held its 6th traditional gastronomy gathering.
Renowned chefs who graduated from Le Cordon Bleu Istanbul, industry leaders, and press members attended the gathering at the French Palace. Participants shared their knowledge and opinions on the 2024 Gastronomy Trends under the theme of “Starred Toques.”
Defne Ertan Tüysüzoğlu, the Director of Le Cordon Bleu Istanbul Turkey at Özyeğin University, stated in her opening speech at the gastronomy gathering: “With the entry of the Michelin and Gault&Millau guides into our country, and our graduates being honored with these awards, we share the same excitement with them.
