The launch of the ANKA – Yemek Birleştirir recipe book, prepared with the support of Jumbo, was accompanied by special dishes prepared from the recipes in the book by Aydan Üstkanat and her team.
Led by Aydan Üstkanat, the team of Food Online magazine prepared special recipes in the ANKA – Yemek Birleştirir book, which was released on February 6th, ranging from Adana to Şanlıurfa, bringing together recipes from a culinary journey that spans the region to ensure regional diversity is not forgotten.
