The Turkish Epilepsy Fighting Association and Abdi Ibrahim Pharmaceuticals organized an event in Istanbul Maslak on March 26th, World Epilepsy Awareness Day.
With the unconditional support of Abdi İbrahim, the event, themed “Let’s Talk About Epilepsy Today – Epilepsy is Not as Scary as You Think”, addressed misconceptions about epilepsy and societal prejudices. Particularly, it was emphasized that individuals with epilepsy can also work.
The event, which attracted great interest, raised awareness about epilepsy among numerous people.
Additionally, photographs from this meaningful event were shared on social media, contributing to raising awareness among a wider audience, thanks to the photo-taking activity in the purple booth.
