Taking the first step within the framework of its growth strategy in renewable energy solutions and investments, Tekfen Holding signed a share transfer agreement for the licensed 14.4-megawatt Marmara Wind Energy Plant located in Balıkesir.
On the same day, Tekfen subsidiary Toros Tarım also signed a second agreement, acquiring the remaining 30% stake of Gönen Renewable Energy Production Inc., of which it acquired 70% in 2019, thus becoming the sole owner of the company.
