Shell supports employees with 8-week paternity leave. Shell Turkey Country Chair Ahmet Erdem stated that their goal with this initiative is to implement flexible and innovative solutions for happy individuals and families.

We value maintaining and strengthening this culture through our ongoing support and new practices aligning with today’s world. With this 8-week leave, fathers at Shell can spend more time with their children during the critical early stages when they need care the most, actively participating in their care.”
