In this context, QNB Sigorta CEO Pınar Kuriş was awarded the Silver Stevie Award for Great Employers, while members of the People and Culture team received gold, silver, and bronze awards in individual categories.
By winning a total of four awards, QNB Sigorta has once again demonstrated its commitment to excellence in human resources.
👉 CEO Pınar Kuriş has been honored with the Silver Award in the “People-Focused CEO of the Year” category.
In the event, dubbed the “Olympics for HR Professionals” and held for the ninth time this year with over 1,000 candidates from 35 countries;
👉 QNB Sigorta’s People and Culture Group Manager, Ezgi Kayhan, received the Gold Award in the “Employee Relations Professional of the Year” category.
👉 Internal Communications Assistant Manager Hande Dağıtan received the Silver Award in the “Internal Communication Professional of the Year” category.
👉 Recruitment Specialist Eda Özkan received the Bronze Award in the “Rising HR Star of the Year” category.
