Murat Başar, who has been serving as Commercial Director at L’Oréal Turkey since 2021, has been appointed as the Corporate Ecommerce Director of L’Oréal Turkey.
Under the leadership of Murat Başar, L’Oréal Turkey’s Consumer Products Division achieved significant success regarding the division’s transformation, especially in the areas of O+O transformation and accelerating e-commerce.
The division achieved third place in the overall market survey of the Advantage customer satisfaction survey and secured the top position in the general e-commerce report.
In his new position, Murat Başar aims to make valuable contributions to L’Oréal Turkey’s e-commerce operations with his people-oriented leadership and expertise in customer satisfaction management.
