Çiğdem Özkaplan has been promoted to the position of Director of Vaccine and Immun Therapies Business Unit & Launch Excellence at AstraZeneca Türkiye.
A graduate of the Chemistry Department of Middle East Technical University, Çiğdem Özkaplan has been working at AstraZeneca Türkiye since 2014. Most recently, Özkaplan served as the Manager of the Vaccine and Immun Therapies Business Unit.
Additionally, as part of the company’s Plan100 program, Özkaplan concurrently held roles as the Immunology New Products Lead International from 2020 to 2021 and as the Acceleration Lead MEA from 2021 to 2023.
In addition to her promotion to Director of Vaccine and Immun Therapies Business Unit & Launch Excellence, Özkaplan will also serve as a Board Member at AstraZeneca Türkiye.
